The Birria is a Pork bone based broth with a slight tomato base soup boiled for hours . Served with raw red onions and lots of Cilantro. Fresh tortillas in the side.  This was the real Deal legit Birria like I ate a lot in Oaxaca when I lived there for 1.5 years. Real Deal"
